On June 1, 2018, we hosted a conference entitled Wie können staatliche Institutionen eine Arbeitskultur entwickeln, die institutionellen und individuellen Konflikten standhält und die Bündnisfähigkeit in der Einwanderungsgesellschaft fördert (How can state institutions develop a working culture that can withstand institutional and individual conflicts and foster togetherness in an immigration society) held in Berlin where we discussed the prospects of educational work with (at-risk) youths.
